ENDUROWALL® framing system - the smart wall frame solution

The ENDUROWALL® framing system is designed using the ENDUROCADD® software system and manufactured using the ENDURO® rollformer. The ENDUROWALL® framing system is lighter in weight, rigid and straight making it easy to handle both in the factory and during installation on site.

The ENDUROWALL® framing system is assembled using a combination of ribbed C sections for studs and U sections for plates and noggings. The U section adds rigidity to the frame that makes it easier to handle once assembled and the ribbed C section provides additional strength while minimising steel use.
During manufacturing dual Markem Imaje printers print part IDs on the web and flange of every part for easy identification. Once the frames are on-site your team can use the fabrication drawings produced by the ENDUROCADD® software to easily determine how wall frames are assembled including where screws need to be fixed. And of course, because you're working with parts made from TRUECORE® steel you never need to worry about compensating for natural variation in materials during assembly. Just select the right part, screw it together according to the fabrication drawings, and you’re good to go.
The ENDUROWALL® system incorporates numerous smart design features that make the system easy to install, yet structurally sound. Here are just some of the design features that distinguish the ENDUROWALL® system from other wall framing systems. Excellent strength-for-weight ribbed studs that are 20% stronger than unribbed sections and can be manufactured without compromising strength due to crimping or notching. Generous range of header span options including trussed headers, angle lintels, purlins, and RHS and SHS sections that provide superior spanning abilities while minimising steel weight. Ability to add up to four jamb studs beside openings reduces the amount of costly structural steel and makes frames lighter. Fast and cost-effective installation of wall tie-down brackets is made possible with the patented ENDUROTIE® tie-down system. Automatic stiffening of top plates under trusses removes the need to align studs directly under trusses. Precise inkjet markings on all frames ensure wall frames are correctly installed. Multiple bracing options including K, strap, and sheet bracing. Dual service hole punches with every ENDURO® rollformer allow more service holes to be punched without compromising machine run speeds. Engineering signoff and span tables for all ENDUROWALL® components reduce external engineering costs.
Detailed installation and design manuals are available for the ENDUROWALL® framing system. During detailing you can refer to design manuals to ensure job components are fit for purpose then refer to installation manuals on-site to ensure installation proceeds smoothly.
