The ENDURO® rollformer has been designed with the factory in mind.

This specialist high-speed steel-framing rollformer manufactures all the C and U sections required to assemble walls, floors, and trusses detailed using the ENDUROCADD® software. With an easy-to-use Human Machine interface (HMI) touchscreen panel, single button section switching, and a heavy-duty automated tilt-up uncoiler included as standard, it is perfect for existing factories without available cranage and new businesses with limited rollforming experience.

ENDURO® rollformers can rollform all the C and U sections required to assemble the walls, floors, and trusses of the ENDUROFRAME® building system. Switching between sections is not complicated. In fact, it's a single switch.	ENDUROWALL® wall frames can include a wide range of punches for the easy insertion of screws, noggings or other wall framing components. Thankfully, every ENDURO® rollformer includes thirteen punches so you can easily rollform every option.	Every ENDURO® rollformer includes an attached Human Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen monitor. Using this terminal you can manage workflows, access reports, check material used, and troubleshoot alarms.
SMARTLINK® sends files electronically from the ENDUROCADD® software system to ENDURO® rollformers. Using this advanced software you can increase your factory's supply chain efficiency by sending multiple orders to multiple ENDURO® rollformers and scheduling jobs to meet material flow.	ENDURO® rollformers are designed to keep your team safe. Firstly, every rollformer includes as standard a heavy duty tilt-up uncoiler so steel coils can be handled in their safe, bore-vertical position. Once the machine is operational the internals are shielded by Australian Standards' compliant guarding that automatically disables the rollformer and all moving parts as soon as it is opened.	Every ENDURO® rollformer includes two separate Markem Imaje printers capable of printing high-quality part numbers and junction stud IDs on both the web and the flange of steel sections. This makes it quick and simple to find and identify parts and can also speed up assembly as the inkjet markings indicate which side of the frames should face upwards. Markem Imaje are leaders in industrial printers and have local support engineers available.
SMARTLINK® sends files from the ENDUROCADD® software to ENDURO® rollformers. Using this advanced software you can schedule multiple jobs to multiple rollformers, which is valuable if you work with rollformers set up for different gauges.	Only one ENDURO® rollformer is needed to rollform all the steel sections required for the walls, floors, and trusses of the ENDUROFRAME® building system. This means it's easier than ever to get into steel framing because your factory can be much smaller than previous factories. Additionally, the ENDURO® 90mm rollformer is capable of producing frames for all wind speeds, completely eliminating the need for a separate rollformer for cyclonic regions.	ENDURO® rollformers only require three gauges of TRUECORE® steel for non-cyclonic designs, potentially improving the cash flow of your business and freeing up space on your factory floor for assembly and other machinery.
ENDURO® rollformers can be remotely diagnosed by our engineers over the internet. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, replacement components can be easily sourced from industry standard suppliers such as Allen Bradley, Sick, and Bonfiglioli. During installation we will provide a detailed maintenance schedule to ensure your rollformer maintenance is easy and straightforward. Better still, all punching stations can be easily removed without the need for an overhead crane, so you can spend less time maintaining and more time rollforming.
